Whether you're a competitive runner or looking for a family holiday activity, come run-off the Egg Nog and help raise funds for Tompkins High School athletics programs.

Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
By registering for or participating in the 2026 Tompkins Athletic Booster Club Holiday 5k Fun Run, I acknowledge that running and walking involve inherent risks, including injury, illness, or death. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, I release and hold harmless Tompkins Athletic Booster Club, DICK'S House of Sport, and their respective officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, and representatives from claims or liability arising from my participation, including claims involving ordinary negligence.
I certify that I am physically able to participate and agree to follow all event safety instructions. If registering a minor, I acknowledge and accept these terms as the minor's parent or legal guardian.
By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to this waiver.
